At $15, the J. Albin 2007 Pinot Gris Willamette Valley (13.5%) is a wine worth serving often. In the glass, this Oregon pinot gris is a clear, steely yellow color delivering floral citrus and tropical fruit to the nose. In the mouth, it's a refreshingly clean and crisp fruit-forward wine, without the cloying viscosity that comes with some Pac NW pinot gris. We enjoyed a glass of the J.
