What I Drank With Dinner (WIDWD) Last night, I arrived home from Portland right at dinnertime. Kari, my wife, had everything ready to cook, with a couple of beef tenderloin steaks reaching room temperature and seasoned rice in the steam cooker. Even with rain threatening, we decided to grill the steaks, which ended up being the right call as the rain held off and the beef tasted much better cooked outside.
